Warranty Conditions - USA

Should your WTT Series Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger require warranty service, contact GEA PHE Systems at 717-268-6200 for instructions on how to file your claim.

Warranty
GEA PHE Systems North America, Inc. ("the Company") extends this warranty to the original purchaser. GEA PHE Systems North America, Inc. warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of original purchase and for the subsequent period of one (1) year from the date of installation, or fifteen (15) months from date of original invoice, whichever comes first.

If, during the period of warranty, this product proves defective under normal use and service due to improper materials or workmanship as determined by GEA PHE Systems North America, Inc., the company will at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit.

Conditions
1. In the event the company repairs or replaces the product, the required or replaced product shall be warranted under the original limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

2. This warranty does not cover any failure of equipment not supplied by the Company, nor does it cover failure of the product due to misuse (including use in other than the normal and customary manner, neglect, accident, improper installation, repair, alteration, modification, or adjustment).

3. There are no express warranties, whether written or oral other than this printed limited warranty. All implied warranties, including without limitation to the implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. In no way shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the full extent those damages can be disclaimed by law.
