GEA PHE Systems patented Safety Chambers™ protect you against internal leaks and premature failure. The Safety Chambers™ absorb the stress from thermal shock and pressure pulsations that would damage other brazed heat exchangers.

The Full-Flow System™
Specially developed by GEA PHE Systems for nickel brazed type NP heat exchangers, the Full-Flow System™ is now part of every brazed plate heat exchanger. This unique flow system insures continuous flow around the port areas to prevent freezing in evaporators.

Delta Injection™
The Delta Injection™ refrigerant distribution system on Series AE units (Advanced Evaporator) provides precise metering of refrigerant to the channels. The unique design of the Delta Injection distributors accelerates and swirl the refrigerant to improve performance.

Double Wall Construction
The DW Series double wall system provides extra protection against leaks and cross contamination. Construction consists of two stainless steel plates per layer with the space between the plates open to the atmosphere for visual indication should a leak occur.

Rolled Edge Plate Design
The rolled edge plate design extends the contact points creating stronger braze joints for a more leak-proof heat exchanger unit.
