Quality Manufacturing
GEA PHE Systems is a fully integrated producer of brazed heat exchangers. Our WTT Series brazed plate heat exchangers are designed with up to 150 embossed stainless steel plates, all brazed together with every second plate inverted to create contact points between the plates. Plates are formed using automated press lines and later brazed in our state-of-the-art vacuum furnaces.

Materials
WTT Series heat exchangers are constructed primarily of 316L stainless steel with 99.9% copper or nickel alloy brazing. The stainless steel construction provides a high degree of corrosion resistance and suitability with a wide variety of fluids

The Copper-Free Solution - NP Series & NP HP Series

The NP Series units are brazed with a special nickel alloy for copper-free heat exchangers. Construction choices include standard AISI 316L stainless steel plates or -XCR Extended Corrosion Resistant stainless steel. Series NP are ideal for ammonia systems or any application that requires de-ionized water. NP HP Series high pressure nickel brazed units are suitable for working pressures up to 392 psi.
